Our Curriculum
Our English Learning Program spans two years and includes summer sessions. We use DK's 'English for Everyone' series and multiple other technological resources. The program is structured to enhance vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
YEAR 1:
Building Foundations
Focus: Basic to Intermediate English Skills

Vocabulary: Introduction to everyday words and phrases, expanding to more complex vocabulary.

Grammar: Basic sentence structures, verb tenses, and parts of speech.

Reading: Simple texts, stories, and comprehension exercises.

Writing: Sentence construction, short paragraphs, and basic essay writing.

Listening: Understanding basic spoken English through audio resources and interactive activities.

Speaking: Practice through dialogues, role-plays, and presentations. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to converse with native English speaker volunteers to enhance their speaking skills and gain real-world communication experience.
YEAR 2:
Advancing Skills
Focus: Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency Levels

Vocabulary: Expanding to academic and professional terms.

Grammar: Complex sentence structures, advanced verb tenses, and nuanced language rules.

Reading: Longer texts, novels, and analytical reading exercises.

Writing: Essays, reports, and creative writing projects.

Listening: Advanced listening exercises, including podcasts and lectures.

Speaking: Public speaking, debates, and advanced conversation practice. Continued engagement with native English speaker volunteers will help students achieve greater fluency and confidence.
